Delivery, Duties & Taxes
Place of delivery of order is made complete upon order confirmation in the state of California. Products are produced custom and one-off, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than receipt of incorrect, damaged, or defective goods. Incorrect ordering of size, colour, or artwork will be considered ineligible for return/exchange. Customers in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and United States are responsible for any and all appropriate duty, taxes or fees to be collected at time of customs or border clearance, despite shipping discounts made available by DNBK. Customers in the rest of the world are equally responsible for any and all appropriate duty, taxes or fees to be collected at time of customs or border clearance.

Payments that cannot be authorized or validated against information on file with the issuer will be immediately refunded and the order cancelled.
